Sub-millimeter structured-light and laser scanning of vehicles, assemblies and individual components. Output as clean mesh, point cloud or reference geometry, ready for downstream CAD.
Reverse Engineering
From scan data and physical measurement we rebuild parametric, manufacturable CAD models that respect original intent while accommodating modern materials and processes.
CAD Modelling
Full mechanical CAD: bespoke component design, assemblies, packaging studies, production drawings and pre-production handoff to fabricators and shops.
Prototyping & Manufacturing
Rapid and short-run prototyping using additive, subtractive and traditional fabrication to validate fit and function, then through to finished parts.
